According to the plan on organization of inspection and examination of training, testing and issuance of driver’s licenses issued by the Ministry of Transport, the inspection and examination aims to detect shortcomings (if any) in order to amend them. , supplementing or recommending to competent authorities measures to remedy and prevent negative effects in this work.
Through the inspection and examination, it also assesses the compliance with the legal regulations of the subjects in the training, testing and issuance of driver’s licenses; prevent, detect, rectify and handle the existence and violations (if any); guide inspected and inspected units to comply with law provisions.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Transport assigns the Vietnam Road Administration and the Departments of Transport to organize the inspection and examination of driver training institutions and driving test centers under their management. Deadline to complete before April 15, 2023.
The Ministry of Transport established 3 inspection teams of the Departments of Transport in training, testing and granting driver’s licenses. The completion time in April 2023 includes:
The inspection team No. 1 is chaired by the Inspector of the Ministry of Transport and coordinated with the Department of Transport, the Vietnam Road Administration, and the Information Technology Center in the following localities: Hanoi, Hoa Binh, and Hai Duong. , Quang Ninh, Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Binh Phuoc, Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen;
Inspection Team No. 2, chaired by the Department of Transport, in coordination with the Inspector of the Ministry of Transport, the Road Administration of Vietnam, the Information Technology Center, conducted the inspection in the following localities: Hai Phong, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Vinh Long, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh;
Inspection team No. 3 was conducted by the Road Administration of Vietnam in the following localities: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Hung Yen, Thai Nguyen, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Long An, Tien Giang , Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.
