On the stage creative money (the stage of carrying out ideas from product and solution research activities), the level of non-refundable support does not exceed 40 million VND/project, the duration does not exceed 6 months/project. This phase focuses on research and projects coming out of the university.
On the stage incubation (Product Development Phase), the proposed non-refundable support does not exceed 80 million VND/project. This stage targets products that are already on the market. The support period does not exceed 12 months.
On the stage acceleration (products seeking to expand the market), projects will not be supported for more than 12 months/project 400 million VND/project. During this period, the city wants to be able to link up with other incubators.

Need KPIs to support innovation projects?
Commenting on the project, Mr. Nguyen Viet Duc, General Director of Creative Startup Investment Management Company, said that the Department of Science and Technology can calculate and give KPIs (Performance Measurement Indicators) about the number of projects participating in the program each year.
