On 12 August, Yamaha held a ceremony to launch the Revzone showroom in Hanoi, which showcased 15 large displacement models. Which also includes the first appearance of the Yamaha MT-07 2023 in the Vietnamese market.
Yamaha MT-07 2023 is priced at 259 million VND. The car is sold in 3 color variants including Icon Blue (Black GP Blue), Cyan Storm (Dark Blue Grey), Tech Black (Black).
The bike is classified in the 700cc mid-range naked bike segment, which competes with rivals like Honda CB750 Hornet, Triumph Trident 660, Kawasaki Z650, Husqvarna Svartpilen 701, among others.

The design of the naked bike model is different and it is “unmatched” with the rest of the segment. In comparison to the older generation, the new Yamaha MT-07 has been upgraded with a cleaner and more angular design.
The new MT-07 has standard dimensions of length x width x height of 2,085 x 780 x 1,105 mm respectively, seat height of 805 mm and ground clearance of 104 mm. When refueling with gasoline and oil, the car weighs 184 kg.
The front design of the new Yamaha MT-07 attracts attention with the main light cluster using LED bulbs combined with circular mirrors, flanked by positioning light strips on either side. The turn signal lights have now been moved to the bib instead of being arranged in the main light cluster as in the past.

The MT-07’s frame stays faithful to the delta box form. At the rear, the LED taillights have been redesigned to combine more harmoniously with the tail set and license plate lights, making the rear of the car more sporty and sharp.
With the 2023 version, Yamaha offers the MT-07 with a 5-inch TFT color screen to replace the previous LCD type. The screen has 2 interface options Street and Touring. Apart from this, modifications have also been made to the right switch shackle to fit the new screen.
And yet, this monitor can also connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth using the Yamaha MyRide app.
