Netizens are impressed by police officer Robert Grimsley’s ability to control the large motorcycle – Video: Instagram/x
This stunning clip shows police officer Robert Grimsley’s extremely fine control as he deftly and calmly navigates a series of sharp turns on his Harley-Davidson Road Glide.
This motorcycle test is part of the Mid-Atlantic Police Motorcycle Riding Committee’s annual event for police officers in Virginia, USA.
This test is designed to test extremely tough police motorcycle driving skills, including agility, controlling speed and the ability to handle obstacles – essential qualities of law enforcement.
Although the terrain was very dangerous, the motorcycle extremely heavy (400 kg) and huge, any officer could clearly feel Grimsley’s skillful steering. A tough test even for small motorbikes, he went through a series of U-shaped turns, tight corners or round number 8 without touching a single cone.
Grimsley’s driving skills also received an enthusiastic response from the online community. The video has received over 4.1 million likes on Instagram and over 2.4 million views on X (Twitter).
– so smooth.
– So impressive, not easy to do with a big motorcycle.
– I couldn’t even take the first left turn.
– I have to admit that I can’t watch this scene without touching the hat.
– And I’m afraid I can’t even walk.
-He has a real spirit of steel. I am also a good driver, but the major drawback is that I get nervous easily. So I failed my first licensing exam.
– Have to be careful of criminals, he is really a very strict driver.
