On September 8, the Vietnam Martyrs Families Support Association coordinated with the Vietnam Red Cross and the National Humanitarian Information Portal 1400 to hold a conference to evaluate the results of the texting program “Gratitude for Martyrs” 2023.
The conference report revealed that 2023 is the year with the highest number of texting participants compared to previous years. Accordingly, from June 23 to August 20, the texting program “Gratitude for the Martyrs” attracted more than 158,700 text messages with an amount of more than 3.1 billion VND.

Delegates at the conference also shared experiences to effectively implement the text message program “Praise for Martyrs” in 2024.
Specifically, it is proposed that the distribution of funds for text message results should be carried out quickly with the integrated coordination of the three agencies, which can be divided into two phases: December 22 and the Lunar New Year; 30 April and 27 July.
