Designed to meet the goal of switching to pure electric by 2030, the Porsche 619 has the opportunity to become the German auto giant’s first electric motorbike (although Porsche has tested electric motorbikes before).

The Porsche 619 was designed by Jackson Zhang, an automotive designer and CGI artist based in California, USA

Even though the car has been completely redesigned, it can still be clearly felt that the 619 truly respects Porsche’s design philosophy in the traditional automobile segment. It is minimalism, geometric orientation and iconic aerodynamics. The Porsche 619 has a bold, cubic design that provides a comfortable feeling when sitting and driving

LED matrix headlights boldly interpret the Taycan feel, while the seat-surround taillights include prominent “Porsche” letters. However, these taillights are only visible on the higher-end variants.

Actually, the Porsche 619 comes in two versions. One focuses on minimalism, the other on luxury, but both are intended to seat only one person. The lower version has room to add a storage box for those who prefer convenience, but removes the distinctive taillights.

The more advanced version has Porsche taillights and integrated LED wheels that create an impressive light show while racing on the road.

The Porsche 619 uses a large removable battery pack for external charging or easy replacement. The rear wheel has a single shock absorber under the seat, which helps in smooth ride even on rough terrains.

The concept car was created for enthusiasts, not those who like practical cars. For this reason, the Porsche 619 focuses on speed, “pleasure” of driving, and luxury. Although it does not really have the “super aerodynamic” design like a 4-wheel Porsche, the 619 still brings the feeling of “speed monster” racing on the road.

Although the German car company has made no clear plans to expand into the two-wheeler segment, the 619 is a concept worth considering while ensuring the aesthetics and dynamics inherent in a Porsche car, whether with 2 or 4 wheels.
