The Prime Minister acknowledged, “When the labor productivity growth target is not exceeded we cannot do anything but be worried, concerned and responsible.”

According to him, the solution to the problem of rapid, comprehensive and sustainable development was clearly stated by the 13th Party Congress as rapid and sustainable development based on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, striving to become a developing country. Six solutions to develop innovation ecosystem

The Prime Minister said that the completion and operation of NIC Hoa Lac has a huge role and importance in developing the startup ecosystem.

This marks the beginning of a new phase of development in providing synchronized infrastructure to further accelerate and strengthen Vietnam’s innovation ecosystem.

At the opening ceremony of NIC Hoa Lac, the Prime Minister pointed to 6 key actions to make Vietnam truly a destination for innovation.

Accordingly, he proposed that the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the City of Hanoi and other ministries, agencies and businesses need to be bolder, determined, put in more efforts and make better use of the available opportunities.
