Ms. Tran Thu Ha, born in 1988, is from Thanh Hoa. Ms. Ha holds a bachelor’s degree in administration, a master’s degree in political economy, and an advanced level in political theory.
At the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Ms. Thu Ha has held several positions in the following departments: Front – National Defense and Security – Residential Area, Head of the Children and Youth Union Office.
Currently, Ms. Tran is a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Thu Ha Youth Union, Vice President of the Vietnamese Students Union, Term X and Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.
