Practicing sports in general and martial arts in particular have many benefits. Firstly, it helps students to improve their physical health, reduce stress after school hours and limit temporary outbursts of anger in children.
In addition, students in the martial arts class also practice some survival and self-defense skills in case they are attacked by the bad guys.
