Train your courage and improve your bravery
Practicing sports in general and martial arts in particular have many benefits. Firstly, it helps students to improve their physical health, reduce stress after school hours and limit temporary outbursts of anger in children.
In addition, students in the martial arts class also practice some survival and self-defense skills in case they are attacked by the bad guys.
Children are also advised about nutrition and diet as per their age. Over time, when they become physically healthy, they are no longer victims of school violence, but they are not bullies either.
