Although sedans are no longer the No. 1 global segment as they once were, best-selling sedans like the Toyota Camry are still highly respected. Therefore, many global fans are still waiting for when this sedan model will be released on November 15th.
Given that the Camry is still one of Toyota’s best-selling cars in many markets, it makes sense for the Japanese parent brand not to completely refurbish the car, but only upgrade the existing frame. However, the changes made by the company are still huge and enough to breathe new life into the mid-size sedan line.
In terms of design, the Toyota Camry 2024 does not have an SUV-shaped body like the new Crown, but keeps the traditional 3-block sedan frame. However, the sound of the crown is still present in the design of the Toyota Camry 2024, such as the front interface of the car.

The interior of the Toyota Camry 2024 is not directly derived from the Crown but is heavily influenced by the above car line. The overall cockpit is now modern, clear and clean with clearly separated surfaces.
All vehicle configurations come with the ability to start the car without a key, 2-zone air conditioning, wireless charging pad or technologies like blind spot warning and rear cross collision warning.
In the lowest version, the central screen is 8 inches and the digital dashboard is 7 inches. Higher versions use dual 12.3-inch copper screens.

The second lowest variant of the 2024 Toyota Camry called SE uses aluminum pedals, steering wheel-mounted gearshift paddles, black honeycomb mesh radiator, body-coloured spoiler, rear diffuser, dual exhaust pipes and Camry badges.
The higher version is the XSE/XLE, which includes 19-inch wheels (standard 18-inch), heated leather seats, soundproof glass, backlight, and smart key. Toyota will announce detailed equipment in the near future.
The most notable change in the 2024 Toyota Camry comes not from the design but from the powertrain. Notably, this sedan line is now completely a hybrid car. The new hybrid technology has previously appeared on both front-wheel drive and 2-wheel drive versions, rather than being limited to the front wheel only. Gone are the premium V6 engine options and the regular non-hybrid versions.

From the 2024 version, the default car engine used is a 2.5L I-4 type supported by 2 motors, with a capacity of 225 horsepower on the front axle and 232 horsepower on the 2-wheel drive version. The rear axle of the car is actually powered by a third motor located here that activates when needed.
Toyota has not announced the full specifications of the Toyota Camry 2024, but has confirmed that the hybrid system has been fine-tuned to limit the loss of noise when the engine rotates at low RPM.
Toyota Camry 2024 will officially open for sale in spring 2024 and the detailed price list will be announced then. The default use of hybrid technology is promised to increase the price of the car by about 10%, which is referenced from the price list of the previous Camry and Camry Hybrid.
