Vuong Ngan’s wife was born with a congenital heart disease. They have no children and have always wanted to adopt one. In July 2003, a baby girl was found in a building under construction. Vuong Ngan and his wife rushed over, they were the 4th couple who wanted to adopt a child, but the previous 3 couples shook their heads and left after seeing the baby’s nose.
