A representative of Project Management Board 7 confirmed that the incident was not caused by the collapse of the scaffolding of the work, but the collapsed part was the passageway for workers to enter the hoist.

“This is an auxiliary construction work platform, the passageway for workers to enter the hoist, not the main scaffolding structure to construct the tower, so there are few people working on this. The parties are trying to find this worker. Currently, the workers are still working as usual.” Representative of the Project Management Board 7 information.
