Destruction across Ukraine after 9 days of war

Firefighters put out a fire at a warehouse in the village of Chaiky, Kiev region, which caught fire after being hit by shells.

Ukraine’s Emergencies Service says Russia’s attacks last week have killed more than 2,000 civilians, but this number has not been independently verified.

The Russian Defense Ministry also announced that 498 Russian soldiers were killed and 1,597 wounded, and killed 2,800 Ukrainian soldiers. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian side said that 9,000 Russian servicemen were killed in the battle.
