Students and students who do not have computers and devices that are eligible to meet online learning requirements and have not yet enjoyed the policy of supporting computers and online learning devices in any form are also entitled to this support. .

Regarding the procedure, the student’s family representative, the student’s name is to borrow and transact with the Bank for Social Policies. In case a student is full 18 years old, he/she can directly apply for a loan at the Bank for Social Policies where he/she resides or where the school’s head office is located.

The purpose of the loan is to purchase qualified computers and devices that meet the requirements of online learning, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets and digital recording devices, recording devices, etc. bar.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the maximum loan amount for loans under this decision and credit loans for students under Decision 157 in 2007 is 3,000 billion VND. In fact, by the end of 2021, there is still about VND 5,287 billion left over for loans.

Therefore, the Bank for Social Policies will base on the allocated capital to balance the implementation of both programs: loans for students and students to buy computers and for learning according to loan needs.
