“The US forecast is 7-10 days early but relatively accurate, but it is necessary to regularly monitor developments because the weather has unexpected changes. According to the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, currently due to the influence of the low pressure weakening from the storm No. 5, the provinces from Thua Thien Hue to Quang Tri have moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places.

Due to heavy rain, rivers from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue are likely to have a flood. In addition, people also need to watch out for the high risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas, flooding in low-lying areas, riverside and riverside urban areas.
