The work was implemented by the Veterans Association of Cao Son commune within a month from the funding contributed by the Veterans Association members and handed over on Uncle Ho’s birthday (May 19, 2021).

The model cluster is built of reinforced concrete, in which the border marker is 2m high and the sea and island sovereignty stele is 4m high with a total area of ​​about 16m². On the landmark of sovereignty over the Spratly Islands, there is full information on latitude and longitude, accompanied by the words Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Located in a remote area, nearly 30km from the center of Anh Son district, the learning conditions of students in Binh Son commune still face many difficulties.
