Two US lawmakers drafted a bill calling for sanctions against any country that supports Russia’s annexation of four breakaway regions in Ukraine.

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Gueterres said on September 29 that the plan to annex the territory of Ukraine to Russia was an act “never in accordance with all international legal frameworks” and contrary to all values ​​of the community. international.
