Theo PC Gamer, Bethesda just announced the delay of the launch Starfield come next year, if it goes according to the original release schedule, the game will come to fans on November 11.11, exactly 11 years after Skyrim debut.
Microsoft spent $7.5 billion to buy Zenimax, Bethesda’s parent company, but the big game expected Starfield delayed release has caused a lot of confusion for fans. But according to Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer, the game’s delay is a good thing.
Starfield delayed to 2023
In a conversation with The Verge, Spencer said: “We have experience in releasing games early, but when looking at a game like that Starfield, it took a lot of time, effort and investment. So the decision to give the development team more time to build and perfect the game at its best was the right thing to do.”
Present, Starfield is scheduled to release in the first half of 2023. Head of Xbox, Matt Booty would love to let everyone know that Starfield not just ‘similar products’ of Skyrim and wait patiently.
